By accessing and using the Ditmur Academy School Management System ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

All users must maintain academic integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

6. Payment Terms

School fees and other payments processed through the App are subject to the school's payment policies. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ditmur Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App.
